Shawn P. Rexroad focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate and financial matters. From drafting and reviewing agreements to acquisitions, dispositions, loans, and leases, he is driven to provide solutions to challenging problems and persevere when things seem impossible. Shawn represents a range of clients, including real estate lenders, developers and investors, financial institutions, landlords, and commercial tenants. Clients rely on his strategic guidance to address risks and maximize real estate opportunities. Prior to his legal career, Shawn worked in the financial services and insurance industries for 15 years, where he gained valuable experience in business and finance.
