Partner Barry Cohen was appointed Vice Chair of the Trademark Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) for the upcoming 2023-2024 bar year, and also Chair of the Trademark Legislation Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) for the upcoming 2023-2024 bar year.
