Deal Team Advises Future Seating Acquired by Exemplis Corporation

We are excited to announce Future Seating, the parent company to X-Chair Office and Mavix Gaming companies, has been acquired by Exemplis Corporation. Tim Levy, Jill Klotzbach, and Mike Brown led the deal team and Dustin Covello counseled on tax matters. Also assisting on the deal were Alex Nassar, Bill Duff and Jordan Kovnot.
