Marc Hirschfield Appointed to the Turnaround Management Association's Board of Directors 

We are delighted to announce that Marc Hirschfield, a Partner in our New York-based Business and Restructuring practice, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association’s New York City Chapter for 2024. With more than 30 years of experience, Marc specializes in bankruptcy, business restructuring, creditors' rights, litigation, and debt finance. He is a court-certified mediator and receives top recognition from Best Lawyers and New York Super Lawyers each year. Additionally, Marc serves as the Chair of the Online Programming Committee for TMA's New York City Chapter. Congratulations to Marc on this well-deserved appointment!
