Timothy J. Levy is promoted to Partner and Michael Goldberg to Counsel
Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, today announced the promotion of Timothy Levy to Partner and Michael Goldberg to Counsel. Tim and Michael both reside in the firm’s Conshohocken office. The promotions were effective as of January 1, 2019.

Tim Levy is an attorney in RCCB’s Corporate & Business Group. He has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney counseling entrepreneurs, investors and executives in addition to holding various C-Level Executive roles. Levy’s practice at RCCB focuses on representing emerging and middle-market technology and healthcare companies, as well as investors in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions. He also counsels clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance, intellectual property, employment and strategic issues. His practice covers a wide range of industry sectors including Internet and eCommerce, AdTech, FinTech, Healthcare IT and certain bricks and mortar industries.

Michael Goldberg is an attorney in the Corporate & Business and Real Estate Groups. He works with his clients across both practice groups on private equity and real estate financing, commercial leases and real estate transactions, commercial and residential development, corporate counseling, business formation, and mergers & acquisitions.
