Biography
Alex Seldin has over 30 years of experience handling business and commercial matters, private equity and venture capital investments, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general business and corporate counseling.
Fund formation and related activities have become a cornerstone of his practice. He has represented clients globally in relation to hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate equity funds, sustainable agriculture funds, and joint ventures. Through meticulous structuring, negotiating, and due diligence, Alex ensures that these funds are legally sound and structured to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders. Additionally, as a member of RCCB's Gaming & Sports practice, Alex has worked with clients involved in social sports, sports equipment, sportswear, and sports teams.
Alex has a robust background in legal and business roles, having served as the General Counsel at Crown Global Life Insurance Group, where he established investment funds structured as "insurance dedicated funds." Prior to that, he was the General Counsel at Coventry First, contributing to the development of life settlement fund structures.
