Biography

Jessica E. Blau concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and a wide range of intellectual property services. She represents clients in civil litigation across various matters, including commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and employment disputes, drawing on substantial state and federal court experience gained in her career while representing multi-national and national clients.

  • In law school, I participated in the Giles S. Rich Moot Court, reaching the national rounds twice, and advancing to the semi-finals while winning Best Brief score in 2022.
  • I completed practicums at the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA) and Wistar Institute during law school.
  • Before joining RCCB, I began my legal career at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, where I practiced general commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. 
WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUELY ME   
  • I love going to Broadway shows, as well as classical concerts with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
  • I am a history enthusiast with a specific interest in the Tudor period in England.
