Rachel E. Barnes counsels clients on various corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate governance, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. She supports clients ranging from start-ups and emerging growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Having traveled to more than 15 countries around the world, Rachel uses her global perspective, education, and professional background to provide exceptional service tailored to fit her clients’ needs.

- Before joining RCCB, I was part of a corporate practice at an AM Law 100 law firm.
