Biography

Zachary Jacobs is a member of the Corporate & Business practice group, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

Zach began his legal career at RCCB as a summer law clerk in 2023, after serving as a Judicial Intern with Judge Karen M. Williams, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to law school, he was an Event Management Intern at the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, PA., a Ticketing and Fan Services Intern with the Philadelphia Eagles, and a Sponsorship Sales Intern at Major League Baseball in New York, NY. These experiences have sharpened his ability to manage complex tasks, conduct thorough research, and communicate effectively—essential skills that will enable him to excel in the legal field.

  • In law school, I won the Firstrust Bank Award in Transactional Lawyering by earning the highest grade in Transactional Lawyering for my graduating class.
  • I studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain for five months in college.

  • I am an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
  • I enjoy traveling to different countries.
  • My hobbies include golfing, cooking, and trying new restaurants in Philadelphia.
