Partner Alexander J. Nassar Honored Among The Legal Intelligencer’s 2025 Lawyers on the Fast Track

As Chair of RCCB’s Employment Law Group, Alex has built a practice defined by innovation, client service, and results. He counsels employers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to middle market and emerging companies across industries such as biotech, banking, insurance, manufacturing, logistics, and advertising. Known for his business-minded and practical approach, Alex advises clients on employment compliance, policy development, restrictive covenants, and complex litigation matters.
In recent years, Alex has also obtained successful results in high-stakes employment disputes, including those related to trade secret information and restrictive covenants, harassment and discrimination claims, and wage and hour matters. Clients routinely rely on him for real-time legal guidance on critical employment decisions, and he is a trusted voice on evolving issues like non-compete bans and DOL rule changes.
Beyond his legal practice, Alex plays an active role in mentorship and thought leadership. He regularly publishes client alerts and speaks on developments in employment law and DEI best practices.
