Neil A. Cooper Named to 2022 Philadelphia Titan 100 List

Cooper focuses his practice on business counseling and transactions for emerging growth and middle market companies. He began his career as a member of the Business & Finance section of Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s largest law firms. He also served as General Counsel of EXE Technologies, a NASDAQ-listed software company. Cooper received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his A.B. from Harvard College. He has been rated a top Philadelphia attorney for Corporate & Business by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers each year since 2017.
