RCCB Continues Growth With Two New Hires: Marc B. Cytryn and Matthew L. Devine
Philadelphia, PA, March 15, 2022 – Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB), a law firm offering a distinctive combination of practical business acumen, legal expertise and entrepreneurial passion, has added two Associates to its growing firm. Marc B. Cytryn has joined the Employment Group while Matthew L. Devine has joined the Corporate & Business Group.
Mr. Cytryn represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including restrictive covenant and trade secrets disputes, class and collective wage and hour actions, union benefit fund and withdrawal liability matters under ERISA, and employment discrimination lawsuits. He also provides day-to-day counseling to employers on human resources issues, claim avoidance and risk mitigation, and compliance with federal and state employee leave and wage and hour laws. In addition, Mr. Cytryn works hand in hand with employers to assist with employment policy formation and drafting of employment agreements and compensation plans.

Prior to joining RCCB, Mr. Cytryn served as a Labor & Employment Lawyer at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. “I am thrilled to join RCCB and work closely with a team of sophisticated lawyers to add value for our clients,” said Cytryn.
Mr. Devine concentrates his practice in the representation of entrepreneurs and businesses in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including entity choice and formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents issuers (venture capital, real estate, and other private equity funds) in a variety of fund formation and capital-raising transactions, including private placements, crowdfunding transactions, and other offerings.

Prior to joining RCCB, Mr. Devine practiced at two different regional firms. In his spare time, he serves as a reviewer and mentor for Temple University’s ‘Be Your Own Boss’ business pitch plan competition and is a volunteer startup advisor for Technical.ly Philly.
